4th of July

It's funny how originally Independence Day was the day in which our nation, the United States of America, adopted the "Declaration of Independence" to declare its independence from Great Britain. Today Great Britain is our ally in the war against terrorism...in the future how much more will our world evolve?? who will be our allies then?? Who will our enemy be against?? How will the "furture enemy" attack??

How the whole world is changing is crazy: who would have thought that China could grow into a super power? Who would have foreseen terrorism?? It has changed the old ways of life....so many freedoms have been stripped from our lives because "precautions" have been set up to make our nation safe from terrorism.

It makes the whole origin of the 4th of July seem like the "good ole' days"...but for me....^__^

I will still celebrate it because it happens to be my grandmother's birthday!!!

I went to my cousin's graduation this past Saturday! She has recently graduated from a Bible College in Southern California. Wishing her and all the other graduates the best~~~~

We later had a little dessert party at my house the night of the graduation. There is tons of cake left over but it was too ugly to show~~~
So instead I'll show you what I had for lunch at my company picnic.
